Rainbow Springs & Kiwi Encounter:Spread over 22 acres of Parkland, Rainbow Springs is a must for anyone wanting to get to know New Zealand's wonderful Flora & Fauna. Your ticket allows unlimited entry for 24 hrs allowing you to come back at night, and with the spactacular coloured low volt lighting, catch up with some of the nocturnal species on show including our national icon the Kiwi.
To take a closer look and learn more about the Kiwi visit Kiwi Encounter , this is a working hatchery and nursery where the kiwi's are hatched and nurtured until they are released back into the wild to the areas they have come from. Kiwi Encounters have guided tours daily on the hour daily from 10am -4pm
Paradise ValleyTrout Springs & Wild Life Park: Explore this superb Wild Life Park and experience NZ Trout, Animals and Birdlife in a beautiful tranquil Native Bush Setting. For more excitement check out the Lion Feeding which is held at 2.30pm each day. Nowhere in the world can you get closer to Lions than here. Also at certain times there may be Lion Cubs which are abled to be patted and photographed by visitors.

Ngongataha Trout Hatchery: Open 8.30am-4.30pm daily. Take a look at the Hatcheries and feed the Trout then wander through the beautiful Bush Walk with Trout Streams - Free Admission (Check with us for details on "Take a Kid Fishing" days held periodically during the year)
